Kreative Content · User guide

Your first creative workflow.

From an account to a saved result, one step at a time. No ChatGPT plugin installation needed.

Current release: test-mode membership. No live Engine charges. Guide updated October 16, 2026.

Start free, then choose your next step.

  1. Open Build My Channel, enter your niche, audience, platform, tone and goal, then choose Get 5 free post ideas. No account, email or card is needed. These are curated starters, not AI research.
  2. Choose Download ideas to keep a text file, or Copy all. Free ideas are not saved to your account. The Jaxx sample is an illustrative plan, not a delivered customer campaign.
  3. For longer planning packs, select the $9 Blueprint, $19 Launch Pack or $19/month Creator Club, add your name/email and explicitly agree to launch updates. Choose Join launch list. No purchase or subscription begins; consent and the selected brief are saved. Keep the same form open if retrying after an error. Each email can send three new requests per pack within 15 minutes; identical retries are not counted again.
  4. Creator Club is a waitlist-only monthly content pack, distinct from the $27/month AI Creator membership. AI memberships currently use test checkout and produce scripts/prompts, not finished videos. VideoExpress is a separate manual export destination, not an integrated renderer.
  5. For business production, visit Business Services. Use only test checkout, then Send my details to supply your brief. Custom services use a quote request; requesting a quote does not authorize payment. Check My account for recorded purchases.

Request a UGC production quote.

  1. Open UGC Studio, compare quote packages and view illustrative spec concepts. Not rendered campaigns or testimonials.
  2. Select a package, complete the staged product/evidence/audience/rights brief and sign in to submit. HTTPS reference links only. Explicit permissions and request-only contact consent; no card or marketing signup.
  3. A reference appears only after saving. Not a payment, approval or email delivery. Scope, usage and date require a written quote.
  4. Approve brief, opening frame, exact script/voice and final export. Two consolidated in-scope rounds; three business day feedback; studio defects free. VideoExpress production is external. 90-day stated retention, no automatic deletion.

1. Create your account and sign in

Open Sign in / join, choose sign-up and enter your details, or use an available sign-in option. If an email confirmation is requested, follow that email before signing in.

Use the same account when you return. Your saved projects, brands, characters and outputs stay in your workspace.

2. Choose a membership — test mode only

Visit Membership and compare Creator $27/month, Pro $67/month and Studio $147/month. Sign in if asked, then return to your chosen plan.

In the preview’s test checkout, use 4242 4242 4242 4242, a future expiry and any three-digit CVC. Never use a real card for testing. Check Settings & billing after checkout; access and runs appear after the paid test invoice is recorded.

Free preview provides curated templates, not AI runs. There is no advertised free trial.

3. Set up your brand and character

Open Brands & characters. Add a brand with its audience, offer, voice and rules. Save it, then add a character with appearance, personality and continuity details if your content needs one.

Attach private reference files when useful; uploads are limited to 20 MB each. Stored references are not automatically inspected by normal text workflows. You can edit your details later. A brand linked to a project must be unlinked before deletion.

4. Choose your studio and create a project

Browse AI Tools for the studios. Then open Projects, enter a project name and brief, choose your brand and create the project.

Inside the project, choose a stage and workflow: Strategy, Character, Script / shot plan, Audit or Export. Locked workflows need a plan that includes that studio.

5. Submit a clear brief

Describe the product, audience, goal, platform, style and must-keep details. Example: “Write a 15-second vertical commercial for my handmade mugs, for first-home decorators. Warm tone, three shots, end with a shop invitation. Do not invent sales claims.”

Select earlier saved outputs as context if needed, then choose Run with AI. Keep the page open while it runs. The result saves to this project. Review facts and brand details before using it.

6. Find, edit and download your outputs

Open the project stage where you created the result, or search Library. Use Edit and Save changes to refine an output; choose Markdown or JSON to download it. The Export stage also downloads the whole project.

For video production, choose your generator and copy or download the prompt as a .txt file. Create the actual video in that separate tool. Pro and Studio also offer AI prompt tailoring for a selected generator.

To review a finished commercial, select its saved prompt and a local video in Commercial video review. Maximum: 20 MB and two minutes. Six selected still frames are assessed; audio, motion and unsampled scenes are not. The visual revision report saves under Audit.

7. Understand your run allowance

Creator includes 100 runs, Pro 400 and Studio 1000 per paid monthly period. One bounded AI workflow request uses one run, including a generator rewrite or visual review. Failed AI runs are refunded.

Briefs can contain up to 8,000 characters with up to five saved outputs as context. See remaining, consumed and granted runs in Settings & billing. New allowances follow paid invoices, not visits to a checkout return page. Video rendering is not included.

8. Manage your account and billing

Open My account for your service purchases and account access. Open Settings & billing for the Engine plan, subscription status, period end and run use.

Workspace owners and admins can open Manage test billing for available payment-method, invoice and cancellation controls. Plan switching is not yet enabled in the observed billing portal. Cancellation and renewal checks still need completion before launch; do not assume a change succeeded until its status is confirmed.

9. Get support

Use Contact. Include the page, project name, what you expected and the exact error shown. A screenshot can help, but remove private customer details.

Never share passwords, card details or private keys. If AI access is paused, stop resubmitting and contact the site owner. If billing does not open, allow the requested pop-up.

Separate reference · Owners & admins

Manage safely, within your access.

A workspace owner is not automatically a site-wide staff member. These notes reveal no customer records and do not grant administrative access.

  1. Your workspace: Settings & billing shows its plan, status, usage and members. Projects and Library show its saved content. Brands & characters holds its identity details. These pages do not show other customers’ workspaces.
  2. Site customer requests: Authorized site staff use the existing staff dashboard for promo intake submissions. It is protected; subscribers are not granted staff access by purchasing a membership.
  3. Owner panel: Site admins can open Owner panel for customer accounts, separate service-purchase/request views, test memberships, workspace usage totals and run history. Workspace ownership alone does not grant this access. Saved briefs and outputs can be reviewed with private admin notes and review labels; private uploads are not opened, and customer content is not edited or deleted.
  4. Test membership changes: The owner panel provides a confirmed renewal-only change between Creator, Pro and Studio for eligible test subscriptions. A downgrade requires the workspace to fit the new brand and seat limits first. A scheduled change does not grant access or reset runs today. End-to-end billing verification and site-admin account setup must be completed before relying on these controls; self-service portal plan switching remains separate.
  5. Safe changes: Edit your workspace brands and content; manage test billing through its portal. On Studio, owners/admins can add already-registered teammates within the five-seat limit and remove non-owner members. No invitation email is sent; multi-workspace team testing is still pending.
  6. Do not change directly: Plans, roles, credit balances and subscription records are not customer-editable. Do not bypass payment verification, grant access from a return link, expose private files or share admin credentials. Live payments and publishing require separate authorization.

Owner preview QA before launch

  1. Check Home, free ideas/download, launch-list consent, Help and Sign in on a phone and desktop. Try submitting without consent: it must fail. After three new requests for one email/pack, wait 15 minutes. Business requests have a separate three-per-email limit. Shop opens a separate store; verify its real offers and terms there.
  2. Use a test card only. Confirm the paid test invoice, plan and runs in Settings; opening a return link must not grant access. Confirm service payment before sending order details.
  3. Test saved work after signing out and back in. A different account must not see that work or launch leads. Subscribers must be denied the owner panel.
  4. Site-admin setup requires a verified existing owner account and explicit authorization through the project’s trusted management process. Nobody is promoted by signing up, buying a plan or owning a workspace.
  5. Before live release, verify cancellation/renewal, failed and 3DS payments, owner review/save/reload and scheduled plan changes. Resolve merchant, tax and portal setup first. Do not change roles, balances or purchases to bypass these checks.
